Losing the plot

If "1916 societies" (a communist group that dresses itself up in symbols and iconography of the 1916 revolutionaries) was actually a patriotic group, they would advocate for a sensible approach to migration and there would be less opportunities for bad faith actors to win support. But no, they won't do that, because they are communists and they can't. And they are angry communists, so all they can do is alienate everyone.

Also, using a meme from the Michael Collins film is quite ironic considering their general stance on him, the Free State. The film is pretty much a hagiography of Collins.
